I teach executives to negotiate in English. I structure import operations with China. And I build the software that holds both together.

About

I started out as an English teacher. English is what took me to China.

Before I was an entrepreneur, I taught English to executives in Brazil — more than 500 students. The language opened the first door: I went to China to teach, and that is where the other story began.

From 2011 to 2019 I was CEO of Neo Industry in China and co-founded Neo Industry USA. In 2015 I co-founded Solux, in lighting and energy. I lived in Germany from 2009 to 2011, in the United States, and in China from 2019 to 2025. I crossed the country more than twenty times — I have three full passports to show for it.

I sat across the table in Chinese factories, negotiated price and lead time in English, and learned that the deal that matters is the one closed before the contract: in the conversation, at dinner, in the tone of voice.

China is not a past entry on my CV. I keep active factories, partners, and a Chinese business partner who became a brother to me. When I introduce a supplier to a client, it is someone I have already worked with.

Today I'm back where I started, carrying what I learned in between: I teach business English, I advise companies importing from China, and I build the platforms that keep operations like these running. From the outside it looks like three businesses. It's one.

Which is exactly why I take on very few clients at a time.

Services

Three fronts. One objective.

Each one removes a different bottleneck for companies growing beyond their borders.

01

English for people who already hold the title and need the voice.

One-to-one and in-company training built around negotiation, meetings, presentations and executive writing. No generic coursebook: we work with your contracts, your clients and your actual meetings.

  • 1:1 online sessions, scheduled across time zones
  • Closed-group training for sales and export teams
  • Negotiation rehearsal with structured feedback

02

China & Foreign Trade

Import from China without discovering the mistakes at the port.

Advisory for companies importing safely: how to select and verify a supplier, how to negotiate inside Chinese business logic, what to check before paying, and where the real cost usually escapes the spreadsheet.

  • Supplier sourcing and verification
  • Negotiation strategy and cultural protocol
  • True landed cost: from the factory floor to your warehouse

03

Platforms & Automation

The system that answers while you negotiate.

I build web platforms, AI assistants on WhatsApp, and automations that connect the tools your company already runs. Not templates: each project is built around the client's actual process.

  • Custom web platforms (Next.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL)
  • AI assistant on WhatsApp and on your site, around the clock
  • Automation with n8n, API integrations and MCP

On the ground

Thirty-two countries. Three of them I called home.

Living abroad teaches what no course can: that international business is made of people, and that every culture measures trust on a different scale.

Method

Few clients. By choice.

I could fill the calendar. I don't.

High-level teaching and advisory don't scale without losing what makes them worth paying for: real attention, real context, a fast answer. When someone books time with me, they know they are speaking to me — not to an assistant, not to a funnel.

  2. Diagnosis before proposal

The first conversation exists to find out whether I'm the right person for your case. If I'm not, I'll say so.

    HR Consultant

Testimonials from real clients and students. Names withheld at their request; job titles are unchanged.

Next step

Let's talk before any proposal.

A 30-minute conversation, no obligation, to understand your situation and tell you honestly whether I can help.

I reply personally, usually the same day.
